Meet the Organizers

John Diaz

John Diaz is the Founder of J2C Consultants and co-founder of Casa Oasis Senior Assistance Center, where he focuses on supporting seniors and underserved communities in the Lehigh Valley. With over 15 years of experience in the human services field, he has dedicated his career to advancing community well-being and outreach. He also leads J2C’s music and media divisions, using creative arts as a tool for engagement and youth development.

Founder

Carmen Diaz

Born in Dover, NJ to Puerto Rican parents, she holds a bachelor’s in Psychology from Cedar Crest College and a master’s in Healthcare Management with a concentration in Public Administration. A licensed Personal Care Home Administrator, she has served on multiple boards and advisory councils in the Lehigh Valley. She is also the co-founder of Casa Oasis Senior Assistance Center and co-owner of J2C Consultants, continuing her mission to support and empower the senior community.

Partner Organizer

Rosaida Melendez

A collaborating partner with over 15 years in the social services field, she is a certified medical interpreter and image coach dedicated to supporting the senior community. As the owner of Signature Services, she provides personalized guidance and resources to individuals and families navigating essential care. Her work reflects a strong commitment to advocacy, empowerment, and improving the quality of life for seniors across the region.

Question 1: Where is the event taking place?

The Expo will be held at the Centennial Catering & Conference Center, Lehigh Valley, located at 3350 Center Valley Pkwy, Center Valley, PA 18034, on May 21–22, 2026

Question 2: What time does the Expo run?

Both days from 11 AM to 5 PM. On Friday, we’ll also host a VIP Breakfast (8:30 AM–10:30 AM) and a Recognition Dinner (6:30 PM–8:30 PM).

Question 3: Is the Expo free to attend?

General admission to the Expo is free. Tickets are required for the Recognition Dinner ($60) and VIP Breakfast ($30)

Question 4: Who can attend?

The Expo welcomes seniors, caregivers, families, businesses, and community members of all ages.
